1.2 Please provide a clear explanation of your concerns with the delivered work. Refund requests without valid reasoning or those submitted after the 14-day period will not be processed.
1.3 If the delivered work does not meet your expectations, you may request a revision by a different writer or a free revision. Alternatively, you can request a partial refund by contacting customer support.
1.4 If the work does not meet passing criteria, please provide the relevant grade and the completed file for review. Our team will carefully assess the situation and respond accordingly.
1.5 Full refunds are available if no writer has been assigned to your order. Once a writer begins working on your assignment, partial refunds may be offered based on the order's progress and deadline.
